"I was exceedingly anxious about participating in the well-being course for numerous reasons. It was totally unfamiliar and I was well outside of my 'comfort zone!' I get very anxious about 'getting things right' and wasn't sure I would be able to keep up!

Thankfully, I'm pleased to say all my fears have been totally allayed! The course Tutor is lovely! Approachable and intuitive and able to cope, well, with all our needs in the group as well as present the course material in an enthusiastic and encouraging way. Wellbeing program

We have developed this program of courses specifically because we understand how very difficult living life well can be. These courses help you to identify difficulties, find new ways of managing them and practice habits that make us strong and happy. Our aim is to give you the tools to improve your quality of life.
Our Wellbeing program comprises of four courses:

  1. Emotional first aid; identifying and remedying those emotional pitfalls.   ~  30 hours
  2. Five ways to wellbeing, identifying and practicing healthy habits.   ~  20 hours
  3. Be great create, discover the joy of being creative with others.   ~  20 hours
  4. Working together, working with your peers to achieve a goal.   ~  20 hours

The course runs for one day a week, for 5 hours, and the next course will start on Friday 4th February 2022 in Hereford and Tuesday 8 th February in Leominster. The whole program is for 90 hours but you can just join the courses you want. Call us to book your place or discuss the course and decide if its for you.
